Andrew is a graduate of Hall-Dale High School, Class of 1978 and is a lifelong resident of Hallowell where he lives with his wife of 30 years, Cynthia.  He is a registered Maine Guide for Hunting, Fishing and Recreation. He is also a licensed Forester and Professional Engineer.
